Elizabeth Maxwell, MD
Patient care and the latest training in aesthetic techniques are always top priority for Dr. Maxwell. In addition to seeing her patients at St. Andrews Family Practice, Dr. Maxwell oversees all standard of patient care at Equilibrium, as well as enjoys performing Pearl treatments and all injectables. Dr. Maxwell’s husband is a dentist in our community and together, they have 3 sons. They live in Murfreesboro and attend St. Rose-Lima Catholic Church. Specialties: Pearl, Botox, Dermal Fillers

Lori Woodard-Hoyt
As a consummate professional, Lori has dedicated the last decade of her career to healthcare and medical aesthetics. By nature she knows the answer or can get the answer to almost anything, but luckily for her clients, her passion is improving skin care. Lori is a certified Laser technician (ASLMS), and has spent the last 9 years in the industry. She reviews all client charts with her staff to ensure the highest quality of aesthetic care is delivered. Lori is the single mother of one daughter and one son. They live in Smyrna and attend Murfreesboro 1^st Church of the Nazarene. Specialties: Pearl, Pearl Fractional, Titan, Laser Genesis, Solar Genesis, Vein Reduction, & Laser Hair Removal

Equilibrium is dedicated to providing a place that is relaxing and therapeutic. Please turn your cell phones off before entering our guest lounge.

Check In
We suggest that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork, and to begin your spa service with complimentary hot tea, coffee or water.

Cancellation
All single service appointments must be confirmed with a valid credit card. To avoid cancellation charges, please observe our 24-hour notice cancellation policy. Cancellations or “no shows” could be subject to a charge equal to 50 percent of the scheduled service cost.

Age Requirements
Please note that Equilibrium clients must be at least eighteen years of age. Clients younger than eighteen years of age must have written consent by a parent or legal guardian.

Privacy
For your convenience during spa treatments that require the removal of clothing a spa robe or wrap will be provided. Please communicate any discomfort to your technician. Respectful draping techniques will be used at all times.
